Services

Kendall offers full services for its residents.  For more information, contact the Village of Kendall office at 219 West Railroad Street or call 608-463-7124.

Water/Sewer

Billing is monthly.  Pay at Village Office, mail, at Farmers & Merchants Bank in Kendall or at Bank night depository.  You can also pay your bill online.

Garbage

Needs to be in Kendall bags - $2.00 each.  Can be purchased at Fastrip or Village office.

PIck-up is every Tuesday morning.

Recycling

1st & 3rd Wednesdays of the month.  In clear (not Kendall) bags, cardboard and paper.  Each bundled and tied or in boxes so that nothing can fly around.  Public Works comes around once for newspaper/cardboard and again for plastics/cans/glass which can be in one bag.  Plastics/cans/glass do not have to be separated.

There's an aluminum ONLY recycling cage at Zzip Stop.  Those aluminum cans are used for fundraising for the park.

Excess Garbage

If you have excess for pickup such as a piece of furniture or a mattress, call Public Works at 608-463-7232.  They will pick it up and take it to the dump at an extra charge.  If there is a greater amount, the Village has smaller dumpsters that can be brought to your home with a $25 tip fee (emptying of the dumpster).

Special Garbage

If you have electronics, refrigerators, microwaves that you want Public Works to dispose of, you will need a $15 sticker attached to the applicance for them to pick it up.  Contact the Public Works office when they come around for any questions if it's  necessary in your case.

Lawns/Snow

Keep lawns mowed and walks shoveled, and all kept out of the street.

Library Hours

Tuesday and Friday 10:00am - 6:00pm Thursday - 1:00pm - 6:00pm
